Subscribe & Save

Subscribe & Save sets up automatic recurring deliveries of your favourite System Reboot products so you save money and never run out. You get 15% off every order, for as long as your subscription stays active.

Payments

Your first order is charged at checkout. Every order after that is charged automatically to your saved payment method on your chosen delivery frequency, based on your original order date. For a monthly plan ordered on the 1st, your next charge falls on the 1st of the following month. We email you before each renewal.

Failed Payments

If a renewal payment is declined, that order will not ship until the payment goes through. Once it succeeds, your order is dispatched and your schedule continues as normal.

Shipping

Free standard shipping applies to subscription orders over $100. Standard rates apply to smaller orders and are shown at checkout. Orders ship from Brisbane, Australia.

Pause, Skip or Cancel

You are in full control. Log in to your account to pause, skip an order, change your delivery frequency, or cancel at any time. There is no minimum commitment and no lock-in contract.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from your account. A cancellation takes effect after your next upcoming delivery, so if an order is already processing it will still be sent, and your subscription then ends. Orders already shipped are covered by our standard refund policy.

Changing Your Products

You can swap products or adjust quantities anytime from your account, or contact us and we will take care of it.

Price Changes

If the price of a subscription product changes, we email you before your next renewal so you can decide whether to continue.
